Simone Schuilwerve joined De Issuemakers in 2016. Two years previously, she completed her Master Persuasive Communication at the University of Amsterdam. She wrote her thesis on the impact of persuasive messages on young women during the large-scale screening for cervical cancer in the Netherlands. After she finished her studies, Simone worked for an international event management and planning organization. At De Issuemakers, Simone is mostly concerned with project management, developing and organizing media campaigns and events, and placing issues firmly on the societal agenda. She advises various clients, including Stichting Lezen, de Nederlandse Vereniging van Ziekenhuizen en Facebook.
