The Issuemakers work for Transdev Netherlands

We have been working for Transdev Netherlands since February. We support the Corporate Communications department of the leading mobility company, which is active in the Dutch market with well-known brand names such as Connexxion and Hermes. We also support Transdev in the development and implementation of communication strategies for proactive issue management and thought leadership.

Transdev provides innovative mobility solutions for passenger transport and is a leader in Dutch public transport in the field of sustainable (electric) vehicles and initiatives. This fits in seamlessly with De Issuemakers' objective to work for organizations that have or want to have a positive social impact.

“The Netherlands will face important mobility challenges in the coming years. Transdev plays an important role in solving these challenges because of its international experience, innovative strength and strong presence in the Dutch market. To make this possible, we want to explicitly participate in the public debate about mobility and related social issues. De Issuemakers has proven experience and expertise in the field of social communication and is therefore an attractive collaboration partner for us,” says Gjalt Rameijer, Corporate Communications Manager of Transdev.

Jordi Bouman of De Issuemakers: “The social contribution of Transdev in the Netherlands cannot be underestimated. Connexxion, for example, is the largest regional carrier in the Netherlands. But Transdev's value is greater than the sum of the brands it owns in the Netherlands. The company offers innovative mobility solutions in 20 countries and plays a leading role internationally in the field of sustainable transport. The Netherlands has also been designated by the company as a priority market. We are proud to collaborate with Transdev to support their social efforts on important issues such as: zero emissions, self-driving vehicles and Mobility as a service to put it even more firmly on the map.”
