Mayke founded Keep Issuemakers together with Sybrig in 2008. She has more than thirty years of experience in the world of communication advice. In addition to being a managing partner, she is mainly active in the field of consultancy crisis communication, putting social issues on the agenda, social positioning of organizations, stakeholder management and press approach.
Mayke is known for her creativity, her strong analytical skills, indestructible energy and positive approach. She has a large network and enjoys bringing people into contact with each other. Within her work she is constantly looking for new insights and challenges.
Which issue does this Issuemaker regularly work on?
In the past she and Sybrig acquired a place at the prestigious TheNextWomen100 list, an overview of female entrepreneurs who think big, dare to take risks and who want to be role models for the next generation of ambitious enterprising women. Mayke is also active for the Entrepreneurs Organization Netherlands, the National Think Tank, SIRE, MVO Netherlands and as a supervisor at a number of start-ups.
