Stakeholder inventory and analysis

We map the most important stakeholders of the organization and/or the issues that are important to them. This also includes internal stakeholders, politicians, citizens and journalists.

  • Image research among relevant stakeholders: how do they see an organization and its reputation? How do they view the issue? What are expectations?
  • An analysis of how important these stakeholders are for the organization by identifying and visualizing the influence and decision-making power of this stakeholder in a so-called stakeholder map.
